Registration for the 2017-18 cohort of Shaharit’s flagship “120” Program for rising Israeli multicultural leadership has opened.

Our ‘120’ program recruits emerging Israeli leaders who see their futures as national political leaders for an intensive year-long training program with a focus on working “across the aisle” to build multi-sectorial collaborations initiatives and unlikely coalitions, breaking down the divides between different communities in Israeli society to build the common good.

Our participants come from all of Israel’s diverse communities: Ultra-Orthodox, Modern Orthodox, Arab, Religious, Secular, Ashkenazi, Mizrahi, Ethiopian, Bedouin, immigrants from the USSR, Druze and more.
